This guy is a legend. I have gone to 4 different physical therapists for my pinched nerve in my shoulder with no luck. Tommy goes completely against the grain in his work, he spends the full hour massaging and working on exercises directly with you. I don’t feel like a minute goes wasted. I am able to get back to my normal activities without pain!
He came to my dorm and we did the physical therapy in the living room. He is very accommodating, professional, nice, and always had a big smile that made me comfortable. He taught me many exercises and took videos which helped me remember them. By the end of the first week of February, I was 95% free of pain. I am now able to do my 7 hour clinicals, sit through 3 hour lectures, and have 0 pain. I am very thankful.

Dr. Ngo’s approaches to treating my uncle have been patient and full of care, and I can tell that my uncle feels relaxed enough around him to voice any concerns. His sessions with Dr. Ngo move at a pace that he is comfortable with, and because of Dr. Ngo, he actually looks forward to his physical therapy sessions rather than dreading them.

After several weeks I have noticed my shoulder has been much better, and my neck and back pains are completely gone. I think I still have work to do, but I think Tommy has set me on the right track. He does not try to oversell or be vague with his diagnosis and gave me the tools I needed to work on myself just from the first visit. There is a premium price, but for the knowledge and convenience of being at home, I would highly recommend No Limit Physical Therapy.
